Arrivals 
We suggest that the bands or the managers contact Ms Tulle Trikker, at the festival band cater, after having checked in at Check-In point 1 or 2. The band caters office is located at the dressing rooms near 'Sandbergsminde'. 

Catering 
The responsibility of catering during the Nibe Festival is Ms Tulle Trikker. There is free coffee, tea, fruit, beer and water in each room. Further servicing is in accordance with the forwarded contracts and additional contract agreements. These contracts must be mailed to tulle@nibefestival.dk.

In addition, there is an area Backstage with a restaurant, a bar and a café popular called 'Sandbergsminde'. Here you can buy various foods, such as a lunch buffet, menu of the day, vegetarian foods and a few à la carte dishes.

The food is NOT fast-food.

Changing rooms 
The changing rooms are placed centrally near 'Sandbergsminde'. It is ordinary standard lockable pavilions with tables, chairs, mirrors, ashtrays and towels. Normally, the changing rooms are reserved 2 hours prior to the performance and 1 hour after the performance. If no special agreement is made and stated in the contract or additional contract, we kindly ask you to respect these reservations.

Driving permissions 
The number of driving permissions that the individual artist requires must be received by the festival management no later than June 20. Please send mail to strauss@nibefestival.dk.

Important 
By request, driving permissions will be sent to you no later than week 25. The permissions must be placed in the front window shield of the car. No driving permissions will be issued for guests. E-mail: The head office of the festival is placed at the festival secretariat.

Festival 
The Nibe Festival was founded in 1985. It is a yearly event that takes place the first weekend of July. The festival is located in Nibe forest, called Skal Skov, which is only 500 meters from downtown Nibe.

Guest list
Wristbands for admission to Backstage also are issued to guests who the artists like to meet in this area. However if nothing else is agreed upon in the main contract or the additional contract, only one guest per artist is allowed. Wristbands for guests do not allow admission to any of the stages. Backstage guests, who do not arrive with an artist, must contact Backstage Check-In 1. There are no backstage parking facilities for guests. Guests may park at the festival´s official parking space by "Stadionvej".

A complete list of names of the guests must be received by the festival management no later than June 5, 2013.

If not clearly specified on the guest list that backstage wristband is wished for, the guest will not be admitted to Backstage ? only to the festival ground itself. These guests must inquire at the ticket sales desk by the main entrance.
If we believe a guest list to be unreasonable or frivolous in any manner, we reserve the right to evaluate and refuse it. 
As a main rule, guests will receive a wristband that is valid for the show performed by the artist of whom he/she is a guest.

Merchandise 
Merchandise can be sold on the festival ground. For further information, please contact Torkild Gade – torkild@nibefestival.dk Phone +45 2049 4555. Sales facility can be used by artist 1 hour before, under and 1 hour after concert. Should you wish to forward merchandise prior to the festival, this can only be done as agreed with one of the above persons. Send merchandise to the following address: Nibe Festival, J. Photographers 
Normally we allow photographers in front of the stage, the first 15 min of the show. However, it is solely up to the individual artist himself if he will allow this. If you do not permit photographers, please inform the stage personnel or the guards and the festival management by e-mail peter@nibefestival.dk.
The Nibe Festival´s official photographers are Fotohuset Nibe and a few other freelance photographers (still/video). The all carry proper and visible ID showing who they are. We kindly ask you to be flexible in regards to picture taking and to show respect and be decent towards the festivals team of photographers.

Safety 
Before performance, channels of command will be established and agreed upon between the artist/the manager and the security manager. During performance, a stage manager and a security manager with authority to take action/make decisions in emergency situations always will be present on stage. The security manager continuously is in contact with guards in front of the stage as well as guards among the audience.

Sandbergsminde
Sandbersminde is a Backstage area with a restaurant, a bar and a café. It is placed in the middle of the forest near the changing rooms. Sandbergsminde provides a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere in ?quiet? surroundings for the artists, guests, press, etc. The Nibe Festival would like to call on jam sessions on the stage in Sandbergsminde, where a PA and a backline is set up.

Settlement
Must be made immediately after the show. The financial hut is placed in the Backstage area by "Sandbergsminde"

Television and Radio
The festival guarantees that no television or radio stations will be allowed to transmit from the festival without a written acceptance from the artists or their representatives. 

Transportation
Coming from the south, turn off the freeway at no. 31 (519), south of the city of Støvring. 

Coming from the north, turn off at no. 28 (187). Signs will guide you to Nibe. In Nibe, signs will guide you to the festival grounds.

Wristbands
The wristbands are issued and fitted at Backstage Check-In. All artists and technicians must appear in person in order to get a valid wristband that must be worn during the entire festival. The wristband serves as a pass to Backstage on the day of your show, as entry ID to the festival grounds during the entire festival and allows you admission to "Sandbergsminde" (a restaurant/bar).
The festival management must be notified whether or not the artists and the technicians wish admission to the entire festival or to individual days only.
